A business return affects more than the entity’s tax bill.
Entity income, deductions, credits, compensation, distributions, basis, and state activity can flow into owner returns and future planning.
We connect the return to the books, owner reporting, entity decisions, and next-year estimates so the work remains consistent across the full filing picture.

Clear answers before the first conversation.
Business return requirements depend on both legal form and tax classification.
Which business tax returns do you prepare?
Depending on scope, we prepare returns for partnerships, S corporations, C corporations, LLCs with various tax classifications, nonprofit organizations, estates, trusts, and related state or local filings.
Is an LLC tax return always required?
No. An LLC’s federal filing depends on the number of owners and tax elections. A single-member LLC may be reported on the owner’s return unless it elects another classification, while state filings and fees may still apply.
Do you coordinate the business and owner’s individual return?
Yes, when both are within scope. K-1s, owner basis, compensation, distributions, estimated payments, and other pass-through items can be coordinated across the returns.
What if the bookkeeping is not complete?
The records may need reconciliation or cleanup before the return can be prepared accurately. We identify the work and separately scope it when necessary.
Can you advise on an S corporation election?
Yes. We evaluate entity eligibility, owner services, economics, reasonable compensation, state consequences, timing, and administrative requirements before recommending an election.
